Emmaus Ministry
The Emmaus Ministry Team offers Pastoral Counseling, Marriage Counseling, Spiritual Direction and Healing Prayer Ministry from a Christian faith perspective to our parish and community. Pastoral Counseling provides an opportunity for individual or couples to address the problems and difficulties of life. Spiritual Direction provides a companion to support you in the discovery of “What is God doing in your life?” Through Healing Prayer you experience God’s healing love in a safe, caring environment.

Health & Wellness Ministry
This ministry’s purpose is to advance the healing ministry of Jesus Christ by promoting wholeness of body, mind, and spirit. Our objectives are to provide health education, prevention awareness, referral to other medical and social service providers, and schedule events such as blood pressure screenings and annual flu shots. Scheduled blood pressure screenings and flu shots are announced in the Church bulletin. If you cannot make it at that time and would like to have your pressure checked, give Mary Ann or Shelley a call to schedule an individual appointment. The nurses are also available to make home visits or visits to those who are in hospitals or nursing homes.
Volunteer opportunities exist for anyone who is interested in health, healing, and wellness. No medical experience is necessary.
